Conditions for cancellation (per participant):
Team fee is non-refundable.
Before August 26th - 50% of the fees paid will be refunded. (except team fee).
After August 26th - no refund is applicable.
In case of cancellation of the event, organizers will refund all fees paid.
All hotel reservations (including extra nights) must be done through the organizers of Point Eventos Ltda. in order to guarantee the event special rates.
Payments must be made on time in order to confirm teams participation.
